"I've already received my machine. Used it yesterday. It's a big help -- like having a sumo wrestler helping you out for the day in your studio, conditioning your clay... and you don't even have to feed him. Thanks for inventing this!" Jane, NY _____________________________________________________

I've been meaning to get back to you about my new NeverKnead, and finally have a moment to write. I am loving it SO much! I had some OLD Kato clay that had hardened even worse than when it was new - and you know difficult it used to be with the older Kato. I used the NeverKnead, with a little bit of clay softener, and was able to make it not only useable, but soft and pliable! Â I'm leaving next Wednesday to go to Las Vegas for the Clay Carnival (my first time there), and since I'm driving, and have no weight limit, I plan to take it with me. They give us Kato clay to use in the workshops there, and I'll bet I have mine conditioned before anyone else! I'm Vice President and Treasurer of our local guild, the Tucson Polymer Clay Guild, and also plan to take it with me to the next guild meeting. We meet the second Saturday of each month, except February, when we are fortunate enough to have a fantastic group of polymer clay artists come to Tucson for the Gem and Mineral Show, and most of us take classes from them. Christie Friesen, Lisa Pavelka, and Karen Lewis are usually all here for the show, and also teach classes. We have a no-host dinner every year where they come out with us to a local Mexican restaurant, and it's great fun! So, hopefully I will be taking some videos at the Clay Carnival, and also at our next guild meeting to share with you. If I can, I'll try to get some of the instructors to use it and get a video of them...maybe even Donna Kato! Thanks for the fast shipment - I was so happy to be able to have it in time for the trip. Best Regards, Mary B, Tucson AZ

I have both systemic lupus and fibromyalgia, so working with poly clay had pretty much become impossible for the last several years. It broke my heart to pack away all my clay, tools and sketches when it became just too difficult to condition clay to any degree at all. No more, not with Norman on hand! I turned a 10-year-old block of Fimo clay that was suitable only as a doorstop into a beautifully-soft lump of clay just waiting to be made into something lovely in no time. I am *never* going back to kneading by hand or cranking endlessly on my pasta machine. I have trouble with both my joints as well as tissue and muscle due to my medical conditions. In the last hour, I've been perfecting a two-handed fold-and-squish method to spread the mild exertion as evenly as possible between my shoulders and hands. I suppose if it were possible, I'd like a lever that could be used on either side, so that I could switch the hand I use to pull at will. But my two-handed approach seems to be working great, so I don't find any changes to be strictly necessary. On a scale of 1 to 11: 11" Christina M. _____________________________________________________

"...For a really hard, stiff, & crumbly block of clay, this machine is an absolute lifesaver. It will save damage, wear, tear, & grief over using your pasta machine (or a hammer) to condition those absolutely wretched blocks of clay that refuse to cooperate..."

"Last night, I sat down with my brand new Neverknead--it's turquoise--and 6 blocks of Souffle to use in for the racoon. I watched a tv show with my family and conditioned all of them before it was over. No muss, no fuss, no noise. Next, I'm going to tackle the Fimo clay I've had for ages and never used because I just couldn't deal with it's crumbliness when it wasn't conditioned AND how stiff it was. Just getting it to being able to work in the pasta machine was a pain. Every time I thought about using it, I found another project to work on instead. I have some things I'd like to do that really require a stiffer clay. So I'll let y'all know how that comes out. So far, it's got my vote."
"I bought a Never Knead machine for just such a purpose. My sister gave me a bag of old dry clay which I could not work and it crumbled horribly in the pasta machine. Every day I work about 5-10 minutes with the Never Knead and some drops of softener and I figure in about a month it will all be usable again. I made one of my cuffs with this clay and it worked beautifully. And my arthritic hands are not sore and hurting. Worth every cent." _____________________________________________________

I truly appreciate you thinking of some rubber ends, too! I'm very thankful for all your help these last couple weeks...and I'm praying your business prospers in the coming year FAR beyond anything you can possible even imagine at this point! You'll always be counted as one of my "unexpected blessings". Losing my friend so quickly has made me realize the importance of letting people know what a blessing they are, while I still can. And you ARE a blessing, Deb...far more than you realize. Your invention was a blessing - but it's your thoughtfulness, kindness and going the "extra mile" for your customers that sets you apart even more." - Ann B.

I received my NEVERKnead today. I am so thrilled. Once I assembled it & read through the instructions I put it to the test. I decided to start with a hard but excellent clay - Kato. Within no time is was conditioned & felt so palpable to hold. Thanks so much for creating this wonderful tool. I have no qualms now that with the use of the NK I can return to pursuing a craft I love & enjoy. The item is so well made that I reckon it will last longer than a lifetime. The ease of maintenance & the simplicity of cleaning between colours is fantastic. You & the NK have made conditioning Polymer Clay so easy & quick that it is enjoyable. The NEVERKnead is a tool that anyone who works with Polymer Clay should own. Thanks again Michelle

I almost forgot... it works great to impress clay with those photopolymer texture plates - the hard, deep, rigid ones I got from Grant Diffendaffer... I also tried it with a block-mounted rubber stamp - nice even depth impression... :)"

"Just unpacked and put my Neverknead to work. I haven't been claying as much as I used to due to progressive arthritis, but after working for just a few minutes with a whole 2 oz. package of Premo and the Neverknead I predict I will be doing a great deal more claying! Even with a pasta machine and motor I wasn't able to achieve the level of conditioning I've gotten with Neverknead. Thanks for your great invention." - Margaret H.,

"I love my neverKnead! It has helped tremendously. I did a quick post on my blog about my neverKnead and also posted it to Facebook and Pinterest.
I am one of 22 teachers making videos as part of an online polymer clay retreat. One must be a member in order to view the classes, so seeing me use my neverKnead for my class isn't going to be possible (unless you sign up). The retreat is $99 for 24 classes within a year. Anyway, I thought you might enjoy seeing my post... I am doing a demonstration of the neverKnead at the Arizona Polymer Clay Guild this Saturday and will probably post that next week. I am also doing a demonstration of it September 26 in Prescott, Arizona for our polymer clay retreat where polymer clay artists from all over come for 3 full days of claying. I will post that also sometime during the first week of October. Can you tell how much I adore your invention? Thanks again for everything." some old super sculpey!! I was sure I'd be throwing it away!! I also quickly conditioned some 10 year old Cernit!! I'm very happy with your invention!!" Kathy D., Garden Grove, CA _____________________________________________________
"I am just as happy as a pea in a pod.
It is so much more easier to knead clay with this wonderful invention of yours. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I love it!!! ... (((hugs)))" Dixie Ann, Cedar Rapids, IA _____________________________________________________ "... I received my NEVERknead yesterday and just gave it a whirl. I'll be honest, I didn't expect to be this thrilled with it. I have chronic health issues that are very painful, and I really think this will m ake a huge difference in my ability to work with clay again. Thank you so much!! I love it so much I may even buy another to give to my mom...if I can part with it. :)... " - Kristi, SC_____________________________________________________
